Director - Capacity Strengthening
ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Director of Capacity Strengthening to be based in Juba, South Sudan.
ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Director of Capacity Strengthening by January 2025. The successful candidate will hold a master's degree or its international equivalent in organizational development, public health, social sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 10+ years of relevant technical/project management experience (including 3+ years of leadership and line management skills) in progressively increasing responsibility in design and managing complex, large capacity, and institution-strengthening programs.
The incumbent will have strong understanding and previous experience working with, advising, and providing capacity strengthening to national non-governmental organizations/civil society organizations (NNGOs/CSOs) and private sector organizations and demonstrated knowledge of capacity-strengthening methodologies at the system, organization, and individual level.
