Female Student Internship Program (FSIP) Cohort IV
Our Female Student Internship Program (FSIP) is a three-month transformative initiative aimed at nurturing the leadership potential of young women in South Sudan. This highly competitive program provides outstanding female students with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various sectors and industries, while also receiving mentorship, skill development, and networking opportunities.
This program fosters leadership skills, self-confidence, and a strong sense of civic responsibility hence preparing these young women to become positive change agents and future leaders, contributing to the social, economic, and political development of South Sudan.
Key Requirements:
- Must be either a student in their final year of university or a fresh graduate seeking internship.
- Must have a computer and smartphone.
- Should be familiar with internet and can work remotely (virtually).
The Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) is a volunteer-based non-profit national nongovernmental organisation championing education support initiatives, peacebuilding, well-being and socio-economic development. EFSS provides education, leadership development, and community-building initiatives to support individuals and marginalised communities through grassroots activities encouraging literacy, community peace, tolerance, and development.
We visualize a community where all residents in the Republic of South Sudan have the opportunity for a high quality life, including but not limited to: education, employment, shelter, health, food, and clothing, rich cultural offering, and the ability to give of themselves and connect with their community.
